- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to clearly explain residential construction offerings.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and local market stakeholders.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct client engagement and conversion.- Collaborate with design, project execution, and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing patterns, and customer preferences across Tamil Nadu.- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.- Represent the company at property expos, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and client events.- Strengthen the company's brand presence across key regions in Tamil Nadu.Skillset / Requirements:- 3-7 years of experience in sales within real estate, residential construction, or building materials industries.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform in a target-driven environment.- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu for client meetings and site visits.- Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written).- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
