Role OverviewWe are looking forQuality Engineering Specialistswith3–9 years of experienceto design and execute test automation solutions acrossWeb, Windows, and Mobile platforms. The role emphasizeshands-on automationusingPython, PyTest, and Appium, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple streams.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintainautomation frameworksfor Web, Windows, and Mobile applications. Build and execute test scripts usingPython, PyTest, and Appiumto validate functionality and system stability. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads to define test strategies and acceptance criteria. Participate inend-to-end regression testingand ensure automation coverage across streams. Integrate automated tests intoCI/CD pipelinesfor faster and reliable releases. Debug test failures, perform root cause analysis, and report defects effectively. Contribute totest documentation, including test plans, cases, and execution reports. Required Skills & Experience 3–9 yearsof overall QA experience with strong hands-on automation exposure. Proficiency inPythonand test automation frameworks (PyTest is mandatory). Hands-on experience withAppiumfor Mobile testing (iOS & Android). Experience inWeb automation(Selenium with Python or equivalent). Exposure toWindows application automation(PyWinAuto / WinAppDriver / White Framework). Knowledge ofCI/CD tools(Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.). Familiarity withAgile/DevOpsdelivery models.
