Experience inBDDwith Features - Step Definition, Behave or Pytest, Pom.xml, Test runner, Hooks, log4j, environment properties, selenium support functions, webdriver utilities, pages implementation, page object model. At-least7+ years of experience in Automationwith at-least2+ years of experience in Automation Lead role Experience in creating Test automationstrategy, plan&Roadmap ,CapacityPlanning Contribute to thedesign & architectureof automation projects. Excellent knowledge of Building andcreating & maintainingTest Automation Frameworks Excellent in Oral, written communication &Documentation Skills Assist in on-goingprocess improvementefforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting is effective and efficient. Metricsdefinitions &System level thinking Experience in implementingDevOpsand integrateCT pipeline with CI/CD Customer FacingExperience is a must. Should have very stronganalytical skillsand should be able to see thetest automation architecture as a whole systemand not as individual components and should be able to drive to benefit from its contents for future usage. Agile/Lean methodologiesexperience PromoteQA productivitythrough automation, tools, and otherbest practices. Leading and helping in the Transformations in QA Space Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard testautomation processes, methodologies, tools and templates. Work with teams on the automation Strategy and theTool Kit Selection Work with team to educate on theGitstandard process and also enhance the git code review process. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment. DoCode reviews , verify codingstandardsare being met. Work with peer discipline leads in Development, QA, and Project Management Able to shadow developers and document the test Plan, test scripts, test scenarios etc Hands-on ability to automate repeated tasks and build test coverage through existing or new infrastructure. Assess the problem statement and arrive at theinnovativesolutions. Hands on experience in Mobile testing, mobile automation Mentorjunior and senior software quality engineers. Experience inworking with GeographicallyDispersed Teams. Knowledge on GenAI Good-To-Have: Test automation for Api testing with Postman functional. Knowledge on UFT and scripting Mobile application automation - Appium. At least one Database management system. Non-functional automation - Jmeter. Jira-Xray
