JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Media Operations Executive (FRESHER) (Executive Assistant) to join our team. This Role requires a high-energy individual with a passion for digital media & business development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
People Management:
- Develop and implement Staff Management strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge the gap between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Provide support to employees in leaves, compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct, Protocol, & Policies.
Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations at BIZBoost.
- Develop and monitor overall strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across (INSIDE & OUTSIDE) the organization.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Design and implement company policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure Daily Progress Report is up to date EOD.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with team to forecast hiring needs and develop job specifications.
- Utilize various recruitment methods and platforms to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Development & Nurturing:
- Develop and implement effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Conduct performance analysis and provide guidance and feedback to employees.
- Identify and address employee development needs and create individualized development plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen employee engagement and morale.
- Lead and Orchestrate Operational Excellence: Take charge of managing and optimizing various operations, including Strategy, Design, Content, Campaign, Growth, Digital Media, Marketing, Networking, Community, Sales, Management, B2B, Business Development, Platform Development, and Analytics. You will be responsible for getting the team to execute these operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring each area is systemized neatly and functions seamlessly within the overall business structure.
- Innovate and Automate Processes: Continuously innovate and implement automated processes to ensure that BIZBoost’s operations are not just efficient but extraordinary. Your focus will be on creating a disciplined operations engine that supports BIZBoost’s vision of serving, selling and growing even while the team is asleep.
- Strategize and Empower Teams: Develop strategic plans for each operational area and empower your team to execute them with precision. Your leadership will be key in aligning team efforts with BIZBoost’s shared vision and purpose, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
- Systemize and Streamline Operations: Ensure that all operations are systemized and streamlined, creating a disciplined and extraordinary engine that supports BIZBoost’s goal of continuous growth. Your ability to organize and direct the team will be critical in maintaining an automated and scalable system.
- Drive Impact Through Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding them to execute operational strategies that align with BIZBoost’s overarching goals. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in creating a cohesive and scalable system that enables the company to sell and grow even during off-hours.

Regularly track and report on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market feedback. Use data to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

SALARY STRUCTURE:
- Base Salary as FRESHER/Executive
- Up to 10% Incentive per sale, in addition to the base salary, (if hybrid-ops flow pursued by you).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Marketing or Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven 6 months - 1 year relevant experience as an HR Intern & Business Administration Manager.
- Experience in Management of Business Operations & Daily flow of Assigned Tasks.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Media Industry & best practices.
- Digital Savvy: Proficiency in using HR software, digital tools, and social media platforms to enhance recruitment and employee engagement processes.
