Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional ConsultantRequirementsHands-on experience in supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.Strong functional knowledge across modules:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed Assets (FA)Cash Management (CM)ExpensesTax (Fusion Tax)Expertise in Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, configurations, and setups.Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Proven experience with support activities, including:Full ticket lifecycle management (Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements)Root-cause analysisSLA-driven support deliveryAbility to support financial close cycles, reconciliations, and cross-module issue resolution.ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, and Tax.Analyze and resolve issues related to:Chart of Accounts, Ledger and Legal Entity configurationsSubledger Accounting (SLA) rulesJournal creation, posting, and reconciliationsAP/AR invoices, payments, receiptsAsset additions, depreciation, retirements, and adjustmentsCash Management processes, including bank statement reconciliationSupport month-end and year-end finance close activities.Perform configuration updates such as:LookupsTax rulesApproval rulesBank accountsPayment methodsCollaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform impact assessments, and deliver root-cause analysis (RCA) with recommended solutions.Support Quarterly Updates, including impact analysis, regression testing, and validation of new features.Manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle for product issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
