Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team at a leading MNC.


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud/R12 EBS and will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across various projects.


Key Responsibilities :


- Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle Fusion Cloud/R12 EBS implementations.


- Design, develop, and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud/R12 EBS solutions, focusing on Financial and Procurement modules.


- Develop and maintain Oracle BI reports to support business analysis and decision-making.


- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.


- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud/R12 EBS.


- Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud/R12 EBS.


- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and project managers.


- Adhere to project timelines and budgets.


- Maintain a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud/R12 EBS best practices and industry standards.


Mandatory Skills :


- 5 to 8 Years of Fusion Techno-functional experience in Cloud Fusion/R12 EBS implementations. Experience in Financial & Procurement modules (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Purchasing, Inventory).


- Experience in Oracle BI reporting, including report development, data analysis, and dashboard creation.


- Strong expertise in SQL & PL/SQL.


- Knowledge/understanding of configuration of Oracle Fusion/EBS, including Business Process flow and native Security.


Desired Skills :


- Experience in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).


- Experience with Agile development methodologies.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
