  • Plan, create, and optimize paid ads on Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow, providing actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, and HubSpot.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, using tools like Mailchimp, to engage potential and existing patients.
  • Provide content and design support for offline marketing initiatives (flyers, brochures, etc.).
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Create reports that include performance metrics and key insights, ensuring transparency with clients.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and algorithm changes to implement best practices.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably handling clients in diverse industries.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Semrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Strong creative skills for content creation and design elements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with running data-driven ad campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and on-page optimization is a plus.

  • Google Ads Certification (Mandatory)
  • Google Analytics Certification (Mandatory)
  • Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate (Mandatory)


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare marketing or working with clinics/hospitals.
