Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our analytics and data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, Data Warehousing, Big Data (Hadoop/Spark), ETL, and Data Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). You will work on designing and implementing data models, performing advanced statistical analysis, building predictive models, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy data science solutions to solve complex business problems.

- Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets using SQL, Python/R, and Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).

- Build and optimize ETL pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources into data warehouses.

- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau to present actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to build predictive and prescriptive models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, product, engineering) to understand requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions.

- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across analytics workflows.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends in data science, big data, and advanced analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 48 years of experience as a Data Scientist / Data Analyst / Data Engineer.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages (Python or R).

- Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and storytelling.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Experience working with Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark).

- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and mathematical modeling.

- Ability to handle large, complex datasets and perform deep data analysis.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
