As a BDA, you'll be the vital link between aspiring learners and their ideal digital careers. You'll engage in one-on-one consultations, guiding potential students through our innovative programs and helping them discover the perfect path to achieve their goals. Your expertise will ensure a seamless onboarding experience, setting the stage for their success in the exciting world of digital business.

What You'll Do :

• Connect with potential learners, understand their aspirations, and provide personalized guidance on our programs. • Champion Digiaccel's values and offerings, ensuring a smooth and supportive onboarding journey for every student.

• Collaborate closely with our communication and product teams to refine our outreach strategies and program offerings.

• Analyse pipeline data and contribute insights to optimize the learner experience and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For :

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, education, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

• A passion for education and a genuine desire to help learners succeed.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Company :

Digiaccel Learning is an education company that is building an alternate system of business education through deep vertical specializations. It aims to do so through an application- based curriculum and skilling system to enable learners to pick up the relevant digital skills. These will be enabled by industry professionals to ensure that the education is more relevant, sharper, and modern. In doing so, it will facilitate outcome-oriented learning with employment / career acceleration being the targeted outcome.
