Description :We are looking for a highly experienced 6 to 8 years and passionate Lead Developer with strong expertise in Python, specifically with Django frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing, building, and scaling backend systems and APIs, with deep understanding of system architecture and performance optimization.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.- Strong command over Django frameworks.- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.- Experience designing scalable architecture and building production-grade APIs.- Good understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs.- Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached), message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and containerization (Docker).- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.- Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project tracking tools like Jira.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python (Django).- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs.- Work on database modeling, performance tuning, and writing optimized queries (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).- Ensure security best practices in handling data, authentication, and session management.- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.- Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions.- Write unit and integration tests and participate in CI/CD pipeline processes.- Monitor application performance and debug production issues.
