Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, managing sales, marketing strategies, and communication with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete Account Management on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and other marketplaces
  • Strategize and execute promotions on marketplaces to drive sales
  • Optimise listings
  • Customer Management
  • Performance Reporting


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze e-commerce data
  • Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
  • Experience in Sales and E-Commerce to drive business growth
  • Marketing knowledge to develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue in an e-commerce setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
