Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Approvals & Licensing- Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals including: - PCPNDT (Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act approvals - ART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics) - Bombay Nursing Home Registration - Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances - Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions - Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals - Pollution Control Board clearance - Trade license and other relevant compliances also under the scope of liasoning officer. - Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.Government & External Liaison- Build and maintain relationships with: - Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, and Urban Development Authorities. - Local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections. - ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.Documentation & Compliance- Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications. - Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location. - Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities. - Ensure strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.Operational Support- Work closely with Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules. - Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.
