The role involves identifying, engaging, and converting partner leads across India, helping to expand oRRbit’s software distribution network.Key Responsibilities- Identify & qualify potential partner leads across India - Conduct professional outreach through calls, WhatsApp, and email - Present software solutions and partnership model; schedule demos - Convert qualified leads into active partners - Maintain accurate daily reports on calls, leads, and closures - Collaborate with senior management to improve strategies and outcomesRequirements- Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales or partner acquisition (preferred) - Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali (written & verbal) - Comfortable with tele-calling, video presentations, and remote client interactions - Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-orientedCompensation & Benefits- Fixed salary: ₹30,000/month - Performance-based incentives for every partner conversion - Recurring incentives on yearly renewals - Structured training & mentorship - Clear career path to Business Development Manager with performance-based promotionsWhy Join oRRbit™- At oRRbit™, you’ll be part of a fast-growing tech brand that values innovation, independence, and measurable success.
