- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing GenAI applications.

- Proven expertise in GenAI frameworks, guardrails, monitoring & observability, and evaluation frameworks.

- Experience in LLM-based chatbot development, including integration and architecture patterns like RAG, GraphRAG, Agent/Multi-agent architecture.

- Strong skills in Prompt Engineering, designing and optimizing LLM prompts to obtain better and more relevant responses.

- Proficiency in Python for backend development (web services).

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, with a preference for AWS experience in cloud technologies.

- Knowledge of Databricks is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
