Job Title : Relationship Manager – Solar Loans

Location : Pune
CTC : Upto 4 LPA 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive business development for Solar Loan products in the assigned territory.

  • Generate leads and onboard new customers in the solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) ecosystem.

  • Conduct field visits to understand client requirements and pitch suitable financial solutions.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term business engagement.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing, documentation, and disbursement of loans.

  • Track and achieve monthly targets for solar loan disbursements and EPC onboarding.

  • Stay updated with solar energy trends, financing schemes, government incentives, and competitor offerings.

  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, lead conversion metrics, and feedback from the field.

Candidate Profile :

  • Must have prior experience in Solar Loans or have worked with solar EPC companies .

  • Strong communication and client handling skills.

  • Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits in the assigned territory.

  • Knowledge of solar project lifecycle and vendor ecosystem is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
