HR Finance Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated HR Finance Specialist to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, as well as experience in HR-related functions and will be responsible to manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, maintaining accurate records of employee leave & Attendance with knowledge in Statutory & Legal Compliance, Compensation & Benefits and filing returns with all statutory authorities PF, ESI, etc.

Job Responsibilities:.

- This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.

- The role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.

- Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate i.

- Investments declaration, Tax Returns.

- Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.

- Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax.

- Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries.

- Preparation & Submission of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual TDS returns.

- Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard and ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance.

- Reviewing and processing reimbursements.

- Keep records of invoices and tax payments and manage company's liabilities (e. insurance premium).

- Collaborate with accounting teams for timely disbursement of pay-outs.

- Ensuring to release the organization s benefit/retention programs such as bonuses are handled effectively and efficiently.

- Handle systems and recommend modifications or upgrades as at when necessary.

- Process Compliance & Audit Management.

Responsible for managing HR processes and ensuring it compliances as per defined policies/guidelines through periodical internal audits (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual).

Qualifications.

- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, with exposure to HR functions.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and practices.

- Experience with payroll and benefits administration is preferred.

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
