Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Reports To: Managing Director


Job Summary:


We are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales and Marketing to establish and lead our Residential Real Estate Sales and Marketing department based in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry with a focus on increasing customer foot traffic, building a high-performance team, and generating quality leads through strategic marketing and customer engagement initiatives. This role will involve building the sales and marketing organization from the ground up, implementing CRM systems, conducting site visits, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through networking and event participation.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales and Marketing Organization Setup

• Establish the sales and marketing department, including hiring, training, and implementing CRM and workflow systems to drive efficiency and scalability.

• Set up processes and reporting standards to monitor lead generation, customer follow-up, and team performance.


2. Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet revenue goals for multiple residential projects.

• Engage with prospective customers, providing project details and guiding them through the decision-making process.

• Organize and facilitate site visits to create a positive customer experience and address their questions in real time. 


3. Marketing Strategy & Brand Building

• Lead a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, increase foot traffic, and generate high-quality leads.

• Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and open houses to generate leads and enhance brand presence.

• Drive lead generation campaigns, including re-engaging past clients to generate referrals and repeat business.


4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Implement and manage a CRM system to streamline customer interactions and improve sales tracking.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously enhance the customer journey and drive satisfaction.

• Develop long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders, prioritizing customer experience and loyalty.


5. Lead Generation and Conversion

• Generate leads from past sales data, customer referrals, and strategic partnerships to maintain a strong pipeline.

• Track and report on lead conversion metrics, analysing results to improve campaign effectiveness. 


6. Customer Engagement & Footfall Increase

• Develop initiatives to increase foot traffic to sales offices and project sites through targeted marketing, customer events, and special promotions.

• Equip the sales team to effectively communicate project details, answer customer inquiries, and build trust.


7. Budgeting & Reporting

• Manage and optimize the sales and marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure resource allocation aligns with growth objectives.

• Present regular reports on sales performance, customer insights, and marketing ROI to the Managing Director.


8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with project, finance, and legal teams to align on timelines, pricing, and regulatory requirements, ensuring cohesive operations. 


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the real estate sector is required.

• Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling sales and marketing functions, including CRM implementation, customer journey optimization, and event management.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, lead generation, and client relationship management.
