Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on delivering the highest quality across all software products and services.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure robust testing of all features.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and processes at every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze complex datasets using tools like Excel and SQL to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with teams to implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide regular quality reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure precision and accuracy in every deliverable by maintaining an exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or operations management.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to think "365 degrees" to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • SQL (writing queries, data extraction, and analysis).
  • Expertise in writing and maintaining test cases.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in automation testing (a plus).
