Qualification and Experience:

  • Civil Engineering Graduate with minimum 15 years of experience in Civil QA/QC.

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning of resources required (including Engineers, IT Support, etc.) in QAQC
  • Assigning Engineers to various jobs based on job requirements matching competency.
  • Effective utilization of the Engineers.
  • Maintaining competency matrix of the Engineers.
  • Monitoring Engineers, Contracts, etc. as per BV Procedures.
  • Identifying training needs and organizing training for the Engineers.
  • Ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payment receivables.
  • Complaint Management: Monitoring quality of Bureau Veritas Services, reporting any client’s dissatisfaction / complaint and assisting in mitigating the same.
  • Assist Head of QA/QC for growth of business - Developing new clients, new businesses in line with objectives of the BU, Preparation and submission of quotations, contracts and contract review.
  • Ensuring compliance and respect of all BV policies & procedures including implementation of all technical and procedural matters as per BV quality system.
  • Protects organization's value and Code of Ethics.
