Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead/Sr. QA Engineer specializing in Cloud Security, Generative AI, and Vulnerability Management within the Cyber Security domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of our cutting-edge products and services. This role requires strong leadership abilities, deep technical expertise, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging cyber threats.


Responsibilities:

·      Lead QA Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and methodologies tailored to Cloud Security, Generative AI, and Vulnerability Management systems.

·      Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the QA team, including mentoring, coaching, and guiding junior members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

·      Quality Assurance: Design, execute, and automate test cases to ensure the quality, functionality, and security of our software products, focusing on Cloud Security, Generative AI, and Vulnerability Management aspects.

·      Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks, vulnerabilities, and security gaps in our systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and mitigate these risks.

·      Tool Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate, recommend, and implement advanced QA tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of QA processes, with a focus on Cloud Security and AI-driven solutions.

·      Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to Cyber Security, Cloud Security, and Vulnerability Management throughout the QA lifecycle.

·      Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization, test automation, and innovation to streamline QA workflows, increase productivity, and enhance the overall quality of our products and services.

·      Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, security experts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide input on design and architecture, and facilitate smooth integration of security measures into the development process.

·      Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive test plans, test reports, and documentation to communicate QA findings, status updates, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·      5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on Cyber Security, Cloud Security, and Vulnerability Management.

·      Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing complex projects in an Agile environment.

·      Strong understanding of Cloud Computing principles, architecture, and security best practices (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

·      Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks.

·      In-depth knowledge of Vulnerability Management processes, tools, and techniques.

·      Proficiency in test automation tools/frameworks.

·      Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation and testing.
