🧩 Job Summary

Are you a strong communicator with a knack for IT support? Mphasis is hiring a Service Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for technical assistance. This role is ideal for individuals who combine excellent communication skills with a passion for solving IT issues and delivering top-notch user support.

💡 Key Highlights

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to interact professionally and clearly with users across all levels.
  • IT Support Experience – Exposure to troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and resolving technical issues.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Log all user service tickets in ITSM systems with complete and accurate information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform scheduled reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Submit knowledge base article updates for new and existing issues.
  • Own and drive user issues to resolution.

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).
