The idealcandidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and an in-depthunderstanding of industry-specific practices. This role demands close coordination with theDirector and key decision-makers to drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, andsupport business growth.Key Roles & Responsibilities:- Oversee Business Operations: Manage and support overall business functions, ensuringfinancial alignment with strategic goals.- Lead the Accounts Department: Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, includingfinalization of accounts, audits, payables/receivables, and reconciliations.- Financial Strategy & Planning: Build and implement financial strategies that supportlong-term business goals and enhance profitability.- Reporting & Analysis: Provide accurate and timely financial reports to the Director,including analysis of financial positions, forecasts, and variances.- Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws,regulatory frameworks, and internal policies.- Business Performance Analysis: Conduct product-wise and market-wise financialanalysis to assess profitability, market trends, and operational performance.- Fund Management & Investment: Oversee procurement, allocation, and investment ofcompany funds to optimize financial health and ROI.- Executive Support: Assist the Director in daily tasks, decision-making processes, andstrategic business initiatives.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong leadership and team management- Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and financial reporting tools- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills- Effective communication and stakeholder management- Industry knowledge in oil, gas, or petrochemicals (preferred)Regards,HR Recruiter
