Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Analyze Mumbai's real estate trends, pricing, demand-supply, and competitor activities. Provide regular market reports for residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
  • Strategic Support for Sales Initiatives: Provide market insights to help with deals and client meetings, create value ideas using data, and give tools like presentations and reports to support the sales team.
  • Data Collection & Insights: Gather and analyze data from surveys, databases, and property listings. Present actionable insights through reports and visualizations.
  • Investment & Development Insights: Identify investment opportunities and assess new developments, regulatory changes, and feasibility studies.
  • Market Forecasting: Use data to forecast market trends, rental yields, and property values, developing predictive models.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work with management, marketing, and sales teams to provide strategic insights and support business decisions.
  • Trend Identification and Emerging Opportunities: Identify emerging micro-markets with potential for growth and profitability. Stay updated on global real estate trends and best practices to apply relevant insights locally.



Core Requirements

  • Work experience of 4-5 years, with exposure to dynamic real estate market trends and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in statistical tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, PPT).
  • Understanding of the real estate market, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
