Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications usingMEAN/MERN stack . Strong focus onNode.js backend development , REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices. AI-Integrated Applications: Build, integrate, and optimize applications powered byLLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI workflows . Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to implement APIs and model integrations.Architecture & Best Practices: Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability by enforcingsoftware engineering best practices . Participate in architectural decisions and guide junior developers. Write clean, modular, and test-driven code.Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and AI specialists to deliver high-impact solutions. Manage project timelines, provide technical input during requirement gathering, and deliver features on time.Required Skills & Experience5+ yearsof experience inMEAN or MERN stack development . Expert-level knowledge in Node.js(Express.js/NestJS preferred). Strong skills inMongoDB, SQL/NoSQL databases , and performance optimization. Hands-on experience withReact.js or Angularfor building rich UIs. Exposure tocloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)for application deployment and scaling. Familiarity withAI/ML application development– integrating APIs like OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or AWS AI services. Strong focus onbest practices, testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress), and CI/CD pipelines . Solid understanding ofmicroservices architecture, security, and authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT) . Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, withattention to detail and quality .Good to HaveExperience buildingSaaS products . Knowledge of.NET C#for custom component development (integration with RPA/automation). Proficiency inPythonfor data processing and AI integrations.
