Role : Network Engineer

Job Description :

- Proficiency with infrastructure devices, including switches, routers, wireless access points, controllers, and firewalls.

- Communicate with team to identify needs, troubleshoot hardware and network issues and provide mely resoluons proactively

- He should also have experience with network hardware and software, as well as experience with network management tools and techniques

- System support Software & Hardware Asset Management and support Service Contracts Management IT hardware Support

- Install and configure computer network equipment.

- Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up.

- Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.

- Must have knowledge in excel & Google Sheets

- Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and networking systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues.

- Collaborate with IT team and other departments.

- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in hardware and networking.

- Prepare and present technical reports to management.

- Manage multiple IT projects and meet deadlines.

- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.

- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.

- Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.

- Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.

- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

- Maintain and repair technological equipment

- Manage software in computers and networks

- Ensure privacy and data protection

- Perform regular upgrades

- Perform troubleshoot activities

- Install well functioning LAN/WAN and other networks

- Manage network components (servers, IPs etc.)

- Manage and implement security solutions

- Create records of repairs and fixes

- Provide technical support

- Train and collaborate with other team members

Required Skills Experience :

- Solid background in network administration

- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds network tools)

- Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS)

- Sharp troubleshooting skills

- LAN and WAN experience

- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills
