Position summary:
We are looking for L-1 & -L2 Engineer for our Enterprise / Data Center Team, having 2 + years of experience in Networking. The team member will be responsible for Design and deploy LAN, WAN, and data center networks, ensuring optimal configuration and scalability, implement network services, such as routing, switching, load balancing, and VPNs,
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling tickets P1, P2 till its closure, Follow of the SOP that has been created by the level 2 and Level 3 team members. Follow Incident Management, Change management and escalation management process for all processes. Coordinating with the OEM for tickets raised with them for the product. Weekly & Monthly report preparation for Management
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate + CCNA / CCNP Certified (Preferred)
- Experience: Required: 2 – 5 years
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware
- Experience with network management and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with firewall technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet)
Routing and Switching, TCP/IP, PPP, Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, FTP, DHCP, OSPF, VLAN, VTP, BGP,
EIGRP, ACL, VoIP, Firewall Configuration
- Handling ticketing tools like Servicenow / Jira etc
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision or oversight.
