• Strictly adhere to the policies and procedures put in place by the V.Group VMS and IT policy documents.
• Provide telephone and remote support as part of the global team
• Working within the ServiceDesk system to update users during the lifecycle of the request and resolve or escalate as required.
• Enforcing the IT security policy and procedures.
• Work within SLA laid down by IT management
• Working at specified set agreed hrs to cover business needs
• Reporting to Line manager on daily tasks / issues
