This role is responsible for handling incoming invoices by processing them and ensuring that both electronic and paper invoices are accurately posted in the system.
They ensure invoices are processed within SLA deadlines and in compliance with commitments and contract agreements. The Apprentice reviews and validates exceptions, ensuring that the amount invoiced is correct and in line with policies; they also ensure adherence to proper invoicing procedures and policies and required quality assurance standards.
