About the job:

We are looking for Power BI & SSRS Developer responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions. This role involves designing and developing interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, as well as creating and managing reports with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, report development, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights, with specific expertise in the banking domain, CRM solutions, and Dynamics 365.


What you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Create data models, measures, and visualizations to support business needs.
  • Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including SQL databases, cloud services, and APIs.
  • Design, develop, and manage SSRS reports.
  • Maintain and update existing SSRS reports based on business requirements.
  • Ensure SSRS reports are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SSRS reporting.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting solutions.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Banking Domain Expertise:
  • Utilize knowledge of the banking industry to create reports and dashboards that meet specific regulatory, compliance, and operational needs.
  • Develop BI solutions that support banking operations, risk management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • CRM and Dynamics 365 Integration:
  • Work with CRM data, particularly from Dynamics 365, to develop reports that provide insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and service efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with Power BI and SSRS reports.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards within Dynamics 365, leveraging Power BI for advanced analytics.
  • Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI, SSRS, and Dynamics 365 tools.
  • Document reporting processes, data models, and report designs.


What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Power BI reports, dashboards and SSRS report development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CRM solutions, particularly Dynamics 365, in data integration and reporting.
  • Proven experience in data modeling, DAX, and SQL.
  • Solid experience in the banking domain, with a strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, and risk management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Nice to have experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, etc.).
  • Certification in Power BI, Dynamics 365, or other relevant technologies is plus.
