Role Overview: The IT Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, system reliability, data security, and technology support across the organization. The role enables business continuity, efficiency, and digital readiness. No. of candidates: 1 Opening, Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Opp. Trump Tower) Salary CTC: ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,60,000 per annum plus performance incentives => Required Skills & Certifications 1) Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.2) 2-5 years of relevant experience (automotive or service industry preferred) 3) Knowledge of networking, system administration, ERP / CRM Tools.4) Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. => Key Responsibilities1. IT Operations - Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, printers, CCTV, and internet connectivityProvide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issuesEnsure uptime and performance of all IT infrastructure2. System & Software Management -Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, ERP /CRM Tools, HRMS, Accounting software, and licensed applications.Coordinate with software vendors for implementation, updates, and troubleshootingMaintain user access controls and system permissions3. Data Security & Compliance -Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity best practicesMonitor antivirus, firewall, and system security protocolsMaintain confidentiality and protection of employee and customer data4. IT Asset & Vendor Management -Maintain IT Asset Inventory (Laptops, Desktops, Routers, Licenses, etc)Coordinate with external IT service providers, ISPs, and hardware vendorsManage AMC agreements and service renewals5. Process Improvement & Reporting -Support digitalization initiatives and automation projectsDocument IT SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and system workflowsPrepare periodic IT reports for management=> Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)1) System uptime and response time2) Resolution time for IT Issues3) Data security compliance4) User satisfaction feedback
