Mandatory Skills: 5+JavaScript, 5+Glide Script, 5+ ServiceNow APIs

Total Years Of exp- 5-7 years ServiceNow, specifically with ServiceNow APIs


  • Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs
  • Develop custom applications and workflows leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
  • Configure, train and evaluate NowAssist feature sets against the business needs.
  • Train and fine-tune LLM models for ServiceNow improve co-pilot performance.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Mandatory requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically with ServiceNow APIs.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and GlideScript
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Experience with NowAssist will be a plus as well
