Delivery Manager - Study Trips

Overview: Emeritus.org, a leading global edtech company, is expanding its Study Trips business unit. We are seeking two experienced Delivery Managers to ensure the seamless execution of our study trips, conferences, and executive events. These roles will be pivotal in enhancing the educational journey of executives and students from around the world.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Trip Management: Engage with enrolled participants to facilitate travel preparations, including visa applications, flight bookings, and pre-trip engagement to minimize drop-outs.
  • On-Trip Execution: Act as the logistics director, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing transportation, accommodations, dining arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Post-Trip Engagement: Collect feedback to improve future trips and foster a community among participants to encourage repeat attendance and referrals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing study trips, conferences, executive events, or luxury travel tours.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage cross-cultural interactions.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and last-minute changes.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
