Job Description :

A Senior Professional Campaign Developer is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of personalized marketing campaigns. This role requires the ability to optimize campaigns, analyze workflows and journeys, and act as a consultant for marketing automation tools and technologies.

We are seeking a Senior Campaign Developer with a proven track record in designing, developing, QA, and configuring Marketing Technology (AJO). This role demands advanced technical skills to construct sophisticated ETL processes, enhance product functionality, and implement large-scale, real-time delivery of dynamic content communications.

The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies, enabling them to lead insightful business discussions and engage directly with stakeholders on functional matters.

What You Will Enjoy in This Role :

As a Senior Campaign Developer (AJO, ACC, AEP) within the Marketing Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in driving client value by implementing marketing platforms for executing campaigns. This position emphasizes streamlining campaign launches, optimizing audience selection, and enhancing performance to deliver high-quality, targeted campaigns that meet client objectives and drive ROI.


Key responsibilities include :


- Campaign estimation, requirement gathering, and solution design.


- Platform setup with foundational schemas, performance monitoring, result analysis, and reporting.


- Designing and delivering complex solutions to enhance implementation and migration activities.


- Offering technology consulting while staying current with emerging technologies.


- Ensuring precise documentation and mentoring team members to achieve client success with a focus on durability and longevity.


What You Will Do :


- Lead and execute the design and development of marketing automation campaigns.


- Implement tracking and analytics solutions to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.


- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.


- Design and implement complex marketing campaigns across various digital channels.


- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.


- Configure and optimize dynamic content personalization, data manipulation, and integration with external systems.


- Implement audience segmentation strategies based on customer demographics, behaviors, and engagement metrics to improve marketing effectiveness.


- Develop custom reporting and dashboards within tools and integrated analytics platforms.


- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and digital marketing. Share knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and documentation.


- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.


- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on development best practices and methodologies.


- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tool configuration, data integration, and campaign :


- AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) - At least 1-year Hands-on experience.


- Should be strong on SQL - ( Read-Write complex queries)


- Java scripting/ Programming experience required.


- Overall 5+ years experience on Adobe Campaign - Adobe marketing stack- Marketing campaign world


- Operational knowledge on Designing, Building campaigns is required


- Will be part of discussion on Requirement, Requirement analysis, Design, Reporting , Dashboard development and end - to - end Project cycle.


- Should be well versed with the Agile methodology of project management.


- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.


- Adobe campaign related certification is must.
