OverviewThe Digital:Adobe Campaign position is a critical role within our organizationresponsible for overseeing and executing endtoend digital marketingcampaigns using Adobe Campaign software. This role plays a vitalpart in driving customer engagement and revenue through targetedand personalized marketing efforts.Keyresponsibilities
  • Plan execute andoptimize endtoend digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaignsoftware
  • Develop and manage personalizedcustomer journeys email campaigns and marketing automation withinthe Adobe Campaign platform
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to gather campaign requirements and ensuresuccessful campaign delivery
  • Analyze campaignperformance and provide actionable insights to optimize futurecampaigns
  • Implement best practices for datamanagement segmentation and targeting within AdobeCampaign
  • Ensure compliance with data privacyregulations and email marketing bestpractices
  • Test and QA campaign assets includingemail templates dynamic content and personalizationrules
  • Provide training and support to marketingteams on the effective use of AdobeCampaign
  • Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices in email marketing and marketingautomation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders todefine campaign KPIs and report on campaignperformance
  • Contribute to the development ofmarketing strategies and customer communicationplans
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesrelated to the Adobe Campaign platform
  • Manageand prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meetingdeadlines
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of digital marketing processes andcapabilities
  • Communicate with stakeholders tounderstand their requirements and incorporate feedback intocampaign strategies
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Business Information Technology or a relatedfield
  • Proven experience in digital marketingwith a focus on email marketing and CRMplatforms
  • Demonstrated proficiency in usingAdobe Campaign to create and execute marketingcampaigns
  • Strong understanding of data analysisand segmentation for targeted marketingcampaigns
  • Proficiency in HTML for emailtemplate customization andtroubleshooting
  • Experience with SQL or similarquery language for data manipulation andreporting
  • Knowledge of marketing automationbest practices and industry trends
  • Ability towork collaboratively in a crossfunctional teamenvironment
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Strong project managementskills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities
  • Attention to detail and commitmentto delivering highquality marketingcampaigns
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced anddynamic work environment
  • Certifications inAdobe Campaign or related marketing platforms is aplus
  • Understanding of data privacy regulationssuch as GDPR and CANSPAM Act
  • Experience withA/B testing and campaignoptimization
