They deploy human-like AI Agents to streamline revenue collection by re-engineering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) from the ground up. Their work focuses on making GUI navigation smarter and more resilient , expanding capabilities to document processing and phone call automation , and creating a collaborative AI-human interface . Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to architect high-performance APIs and event-driven architectures that enable real-time decision-making across distributed services. You will work closely with the founders to define best engineering practices and build scalable, mission-critical systems that ensure reliability at scale. Key Responsibilities Design & Develop: Architect high-throughput APIs (REST/gRPC) and optimize data pipelines for real-time processing. Scalability & Performance: Build distributed systems that coordinate real-time state across multiple services. Reliability & Best Practices: Establish robust engineering standards and ensure reliability at scale . Collaboration: Work closely with founders, AI engineers, and product teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in backend development with Flask/Django . Strong expertise in designing high-throughput APIs (REST/gRPC). Proven experience working with distributed systems and real-time state coordination . Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a proactive, self-motivated approach . Passion for AI-driven automation and a keen interest in transforming legacy systems .
