Compensation

  • Approximate salary range: INR 40LPA - INR 50LPA, 0.5% - 1% ESOPs


Tech Stack

Responsibilities

  • Team Management & Product Development: Manage a small unstructured team of 5 - 8 engineers, alongside individual hands-on code contributions.
  • Lead stand-ups and ensure product delivery.
  • Interact with designers and unblock junior engineers.
  • Design scalable technical specifications, and review backend and frontend code.
  • Backend Software Design and Implementation: Design and implement backend services, database migrations, and devOps using the mentioned tech-stack.
  • API Development: Create Rest APIs for the frontend.
  • Database Management: Manage migrations and schema for the PostgreSQL and DynamoDB database.
  • DevOps: Implement and manage devOps using the mentioned AWS stack with in-depth knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Asynchronous Processing: Implement background jobs and event-driven architectures using Kubernetes cron jobs.
  • Frontend Software Design and Implementation: In case of full-stack experience, design and implement frontend applications using the mentioned tech-stack. Otherwise, ability to review frontend code is required.
  • Code Review and Collaboration: Own both backend and frontend code reviews and collaborate with team members to maintain high code quality.
  • Testing: Own and help junior developers with the integration testing of the end-to-end system, involving both frontend and backend.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in the Tech Stack mentioned above
  • Experience leading a small unstructured team is a big plus
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development
  • Proficiency in writing clean, well-tested code
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with AI and machine learning tools is a plus
