Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage the financial operations of our cloud kitchen. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting activities. They will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the business, managing costs, and driving profitability through sound financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the cloud kitchen, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Oversee financial reporting and prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
  • Develop and manage the cloud kitchen’s annual budget, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, making recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
  • Work with the operations team to manage cost controls, food costs, and optimize kitchen profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, prepare tax filings, and liaise with auditors and tax authorities.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial documentation and adherence to financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to oversee inventory management and control food wastage costs.
  • Assist with financial forecasting, financial risk management, and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
