The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value transactions, managing HNI/UHNI clients, and driving revenue growth in premium real estate. This role requires a blend of sales leadership, client relationship management, and market intelligence to deliver exceptional outcomes aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Revenue Growth- Drive sales of luxury and ultra-luxury residential projects to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing recommendations, and go-to-market plans. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.Client Relationship Management- Build and nurture strong relationships with HNI and VIP clients. - Deliver a personalised and high-touch client experience consistent with the brand's luxury positioning. - Organise and attend client events, private viewings, and property showcases.Team & Stakeholder Collaboration- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing coaching, performance management, and motivation to achieve collective goals. - Partner with marketing, CRM, and project teams to design targeted campaigns, events, and client engagement strategies. - Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements and collections.Market Intelligence & Reporting- Track competitor offerings, market trends, and buyer behaviour to identify new opportunities. - Provide management with regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and insights for decision-making. - Contribute to brand positioning and product strategy through client feedback and market research.Qualifications & Experience- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - 15+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 7 years in the luxury or ultra-luxury residential segment in Mumbai. - Proven experience in closing high-ticket transactions (₹5 Cr+). - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining brand integrity. - Experience with premium real estate developers is preferred. - Multilingual proficiency (English, Hindi, regional/foreign languages) to engage diverse clientele.
