Translate product requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and frontend developers to ensure design feasibility. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing for innovation in design. Document design systems and components for scalability.Technical Skills Required Proficiency in design tools:Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD(Figma preferred). Experience in buildingresponsive designsfor web and mobile. Understanding ofdesign systems, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards . Familiarity withbasic frontend principles(HTML, CSS, React exposure is a plus). Bonus: Motion design and prototyping (After Effects, Principle, or similar).Profile Fit 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and end-to-end project delivery. Ability to work infast-paced environments , balancing design detail with delivery timelines. Comfortable taking ownership of design direction for high-visibility projects.Non-Negotiable Strong product understanding
