About the Company:

MoreTasks (MT) has successfully been in the e-commerce business for over seven years. We are a 150-strong organization expecting to grow to around 200 team members this financial year.

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist with a strong background in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing file transfer processes, ensuring platform stability, and enhancing user experience through continuous improvement. This role involves technical consulting, complex solution design, and collaboration with various teams to implement best practices in file transfer operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator platform to facilitate efficient and secure data exchanges.
  • Develop and implement B2B integration solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Control Center.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance with security standards.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to manage projects effectively using tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Nexus, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Use ServiceNow to initiate, track, and complete change requests and tasks.
  • Engage in Shell scripting (Linux, Windows) for process automation and system management.
  • Provide technical consulting to customers, offering insights into platform enhancements and new technology adoption.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage environments including Windows Server, Linux, Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Azure Kubernetes, AWS Kubernetes, and OpenShift.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in file transfer operations with deep expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Proficiency in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Process configuration and internal scripting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in Scrum practices.
  • Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management.
  • Solid knowledge of infrastructure management across various platforms (Windows Server, Linux, Oracle, MS SQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate complex future scenarios.


Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications related to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator or relevant technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based Kubernetes platforms (Azure Kubernetes Service, AWS Kubernetes).
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
