The IT Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving IT services/resources across various skill sets, primarily in India and abroad. This role will involve actively seeking out and engaging with clients in the UK and US, understanding their IT needs, and matching them with suitable candidates from our talent pool.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and cultivate new client relationships within the UK and US markets.
  • Demand Generation: Proactively seek out and generate leads for IT resources across a wide range of skill sets, including AI/ML, Informatica, data engineering, data science, ETL, Python, and cloud engineering.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Resource Matching: Accurately assess client requirements and match them with suitable candidates from our talent pool, ensuring a high level of fit.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals, including pricing, terms, and delivery timelines, to meet client needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and other departments to ensure efficient delivery of IT resources to clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in an offshore setting.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in US shifts.


Desired Skills (Additional Advantage):

  • Experience working with clients in the UK or US markets.
  • Fluency in English and other relevant languages.
