Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. If you have a passion for fashion, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer service, we want to hear from you. As a Fashion Consultant, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales successfully.


Key Responsibilities

* Exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

* Foster a positive and fashionable work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.

* Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability.

* Analyze sales data and market trends for growth opportunities.

* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.

* Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.

* Coordinate with back-end operations for seamless processes.

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their style preferences, body type, and fashion needs.

* Suggest personalized outfits and looks that align with clients, preferences, lifestyles, and budgets.


Qualifications

* Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably within a high-end fashion boutique or a multi-designer store. Must have a degree in Fashion Designing, Merchandising, styling, or related field.

* Proven sales track record and leadership skills.

* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

* Strong understanding of retail operations.

* Adaptability to fast-paced environments.


Working Schedule

- Working days: Monday to Saturday

- Working hours: 10:45 am to 8 pm

- Location - Salt Lake, Kolkata
