Role & Responsibility :
- Conduct web research on emerging trends, use cases, and technology offerings in Cloud, DevOps, Data, ML, IoT, and Digital Engineering .
- Work with solution architects and tech leads to create pre-sales collateral (case studies, white papers, solution blueprints, etc.).
- Understand business and technical requirements from clients and provide strategic consultation.
- Develop technical architecture documentation that aligns with major business and technical needs.
- Prepare and deliver pre-sales solution presentations to customers.
- Support marketing initiatives like webinars and lead-generation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar consulting role.
- Strong expertise in pre-sales, consultation, and technical content creation .
- Excellent communication, analytical, and web research skills .
- In-depth knowledge of cloud and digital technology services .
- Experience in writing marketing collaterals beyond project requirement documents.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent field .
