Cluster Manager - Healthcare Operation Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of healthcare services within the assigned cluster to ensure high-quality service delivery.- Manage healthcare consulting projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness, patient engagement, and service adoption.- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for staff to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.- Collaborate with the core team and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.- Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and implement improvement plans.- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and quality protocols.- Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for smooth cluster-level operations.- Represent the organization in external forums, community programs, and local healthcare initiatives.- Flexibility to travel across the assigned cluster as & Skills:- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).- 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or management.- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication, presentation, and training abilities.- Proven leadership and organizational skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.- Exposure to marketing strategy development in the healthcare domain is highly desirable.- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Experience in a healthcare setting or NGO/healthcare project management is a strong plus.
