About Us:
We are a leading provider of luxury decorative lighting, offering bespoke solutions for high-end projects across India. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Vertical Head who will be directly responsible for driving sales within either the Hotel or Builder vertical. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in selling to hotels or builders, particularly in the lighting industry, and who has a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Intent of the Role:
The key focus of this role is to achieve significant sales growth within the assigned vertical (Hotels or Builders). You will be responsible for identifying and closing deals, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Reporting to the Business Head, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the luxury lighting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts within the assigned vertical (Hotels or Builders), focusing on high-end decorative lighting projects. Achieve and surpass sales targets by identifying new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Deal Closure: Actively engage with clients, assess their project needs, and deliver tailored lighting solutions. Your primary goal is to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement sales strategies that expand our presence within the hotel or builder market, positioning the company as a leader in luxury lighting.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the hotel or builder sector, ensuring repeat business and client loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Head and other internal teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless project execution.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the hotel or builder segments, using this insight to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-12 years of sales experience in high-end decorative lighting or related industries.
- Proven success in selling to large hotels or builders, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to independently drive sales initiatives and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Experience in the lighting industry or selling luxury products is highly preferred.
