Brand Associate – LaFetch (Onsite, Gurgaon)

LaFetch is India’s freshest fashion destination, a curated platform for the coolest homegrown brands, delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR. We’re not just building a marketplace, we’re building the future of how fashion is discovered and shopped.

We’re looking for a Brand Associate to help build out one of our key fashion verticals (streetwear, westernwear, ethnicwear, etc.) from scratch.

What you’ll actually be doing

• Building your category from the ground up. Spotting the freshest brands, onboarding them, and managing them end to end. That means speaking with cool fashion founders, pitching LaFetch like a pro, and building your own rapport with them to drive things forward

• Knowing the pulse of your category: the brands, the trends, the events, the conversations (iykyk)

• Designing your own SOPs and playbooks for your team. You'll have a brand manager and an intern reporting to you, and the liberty to run things the way you think works best

• Delegating smartly: maybe your intern hunts down new brands, your brand manager closes onboarding, while you design the bigger play

• Actively attending the coolest fashion events (with your team if you want), building your personal network while also networking for LaFetch bringing the hottest labels onto LaFetch

• Staying connected to fashion founders, collaborating with them, and ensuring your category thrives on the platform

• Managing the complete sales funnel: outreach, intro calls, demos, negotiations, and deal closures

• Tracking performance: sales, traffic, conversions, inventory gaps and MOST importantly, pivoting fast when needed

That means:

• Knowing the best brands in your category (or learning fast if you don’t already). Either already deep into one category or fast learner enough to catch up quick
• Designing your own playbook- from brand outreach to onboarding, to creating killer sales & marketing campaigns
• Leading a small team (brand manager + intern) and deciding how to run things your way
• Attending the coolest fashion events, networking with founders, and bringing the hottest labels onto LaFetch
• Making it happen. Sometimes that’s leaving at 7pm, other times it’s staying till 1am because a shoot has to go live

What we’re looking for

• Extroverted, fashion-obsessed, and juggaadu (someone who knows how to pull strings and make things happen)
• Natural storyteller, networker, and relationship builder
• 22-25 years old. A recent graduate (fashion degree is a plus, but not mandatory if you know your thing)
• A doer with a founder mindset. Yes, you don’t wait for instructions, you figure it out
• Dynamic and flexible- able to pivot when things change (they will).
• Team player who can also lead. Collaborative, but with strong ownership
• Someone who thrives in chaos and loves the hustle of startups
• Has technical know-how of e-commerce and how it works
• Dynamic and flexible, able to pivot when things change (they will)
• Someone who’s not here for a line on the CV but to actually build something cool with us

Location & Workstyle

• Based in Delhi NCR (preferred)- onsite in our Gurgaon office
• This is not a 9-5. This is 100% or nothing. If you’re looking to make real impact, grow at lightning speed, and have fun while doing it- this is your spot
• We’re based in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon), so someone from here is preferred. But if you’re from another state and ready to commit, we’re all for it. Just a heads-up, travel and accommodation aren’t covered separately (outside of your pay, of course)
• This is an onsite role, 5 days a week, because let’s be real, the real work and energy only come alive when we’re in person. Saturdays and Sundays are off, so you can unwind your way
