Job title :Principal AI Architect Location:Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai Experience:12 to 15 YearsSummary: We are seeking a highly experiencedPrincipal AI Architectto lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions with a strong focus onGenerative AI (GenAI) ,Agentic AI frameworks , andPython-based development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving AI strategy, defining technical architecture, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI solutions.Roles and Responsibilities: AI Strategy & Architecture Define and own the AI architecture vision, aligning with business objectives and future technology trends. Architect scalable AI/ML platforms leveragingGenAI models, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks . Drive innovation inautonomous AI agents, multi-agent collaboration, and knowledge-driven systems . Solution Design & Development Lead design ofend-to-end AI solutionsincluding data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring. Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrateLLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)into enterprise systems. Build and optimizeagentic workflowsfor automation, reasoning, and decision-making. Ensuresecure, ethical, and responsible AI practicesacross all solutions. Technical Leadership Guide teams onPython-based AI/ML frameworks(PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face). Mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects. Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align AI adoption strategy. Innovation & Research Stay ahead of industry trends inGenAI, Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and multi-modal AI . Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and vendors for enterprise adoption. Drive PoCs and innovation initiatives to assess business value of AI-driven solutions.Required Skills: Experience (12–15 years)inAI/ML, software engineering, and solution architecture , with at least4–5 years in leadership/architectural roles . Strong expertise inPythonand AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex). Proven experience withGenAI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)– fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model integration. Hands-on experience inAgentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration . Deep understanding ofretrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus), and knowledge graphs. Experience incloud-based AI platforms(AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI). Solid grasp ofMLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model governance, and monitoring . Strong knowledge ofdata engineering, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems . Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Desired Skills: Experience withmulti-modal AI(text, image, video, speech). Exposure toenterprise-grade AI security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks . Contributions toopen-source AI projects or research publications . Master’s or Ph.D. inComputer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field .
