Mandatory Skills :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in conversational interface solutions.

- Strong knowledge of the Azure platform for chatbots.

- Demonstrated expertise in chatbot technologies, including Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework, and Amazon Lex.

- Experience with business messaging services and chatbots on WhatsApp, Teams, and web channels.

Optional Skills :

- 5+ years of programming experience, preferably with Node.js or Python.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Support and develop chatbot initiatives to enhance user interaction.

- Formulate and implement a standard scalable framework for chatbots.

- Manage end-to-end bot services, including environment setup, database setup, chatbot design and build, data logging, and analytics dashboards using Power BI or other tools.

- Develop chatbots for multiple channels, including WhatsApp, Teams, mobile apps, and web platforms.

- Create solution design documents and perform IT Security Risk Assessments.

- Review and define the development of standard coding guidelines, particularly for Cloud Functions.

- Stay updated with advancements in chatbot technologies and incorporate them into the development process.

Other Requirements :

- Good knowledge of MS Bot Framework, Azure Services, Dialogflow, and other chatbot platforms.

- Ability to provide insights and perspectives on advanced technologies.
