Role: Senior/Lead Analyst – Corporate Research (Cybersecurity)


Purpose: Lead research deliveries (Datasets and Analyst reports) by leveraging various research frameworks and methodologies specifically in cybersecurity domain. Work closely with external client, Senior manager, Line of business head, to deliver research deliverables

Responsibilities:


  1. Identify areas of research based on industry and client needs within cybersecurity research space.
  2. Analyze and evaluate data-driven insights to understand market trends and current issues within the cybersecurity domain, including application security, cloud security, endpoint security, and network security, among others.
  3. Understanding of market sizing and forecasting models – proficient in both supply and demand-side approaches.
  4. Understanding of databases such as D&B Hoovers, Factiva, Bloomberg, etc.
  5. Participate proactively in external client communication by responding to analyst enquiries, conducting executive conversations, and maintaining/growing long-term client relationships
  6. Skilled in generating reports, including forecast reports, primary research survey analyses, and competitive landscape assessments.
  7. Problem solving and structure work to manage deliverables and timelines
  8. Able to take complete ownership of more than one project.
  9. Managing the delivery of training and development program
  10. Enhance the quality of research and consulting projects by incorporating deeper insights, greater accuracy, best practices, domain expertise, and advanced metrics.
  11. Good organizational, Team Management, time management and project management skills.
  12. To provide sales support in addition to regular project delivery work to senior management on need basis


Experience & Skills


  1. 5-10+ years’ experience in a research / consulting domain
  2. Candidates having bachelors in engineering, MBA will be preferred
  3. Should have managed a team in the past.
  4. Hands-on experience in Forecasting, Market research, analytics, Competitive Intelligence, market forecast, Report creation, though leadership publication, corporate strategy, Project Management/Planning, Consulting, Strategic Advisory.
  5. Experience in a highly fast-paced work environment, preferably in research, consulting, or marketing/strategy
  6. Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
  7. Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint
  8. Good People Management skills
