Job Summary:

- The Product Manager is responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from planning to execution, to deliver innovative and impactful products.

- This includes gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure product success.

- The ideal candidate is an organized, strategic thinker with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute product strategy in alignment with business goals.

- Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements to shape product vision and roadmap.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product positioning and customer adoption.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Create detailed product documentation, including PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and user stories.

- Drive product launches, including working with stakeholders to prepare product marketing plans and sales training materials.

- Analyze product performance metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager in the IT industry.

- Proven track record of defining and launching successful products.

- Strong technical background and understanding of product development processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

(MBA preferred).

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
